He made film debut as an actor in 1986 with Telugu Flim Rakshasudu. As a producer, he has made his debut from the film Rudraveena starring Chiranjeevi and Shobana in 1988. Since February 2013, he has been the judge of the show Jabardasth and Extra Jabardasth telecast on ETV Telugu. In 2019, he quit the Jabardasth show.
In 2020, He joined the comedy show ‘Adirindi,’ which is telecasted in Zee Telugu.
