Rana Daggubati was born into a prominent family of the Telugu film industry on 14 December 1984 (Age 39 Years; in 2024) in Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. His zodiac sign is Sagittarius. He did his schooling from Hyderabad Public School, Hyderabad. Rana Daggubati enrolled himself in Chennai Film School, Chennai to pursue Industrial Photography. Later, he did his acting course to pursue his acting talent.

He made his Tollywood debut with the movie ‘Leader’ (2010). He was cast as ‘man who wants to become Chief Minister against corruption’, The film was commercially successful, and he received the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut – South.

He also acted in some other hit films in which he played the lead roles like Dum Maaro Dum (2011), Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum (2012), Baby (2015), etc.

His film, Baahubali: The Beginning was a super blockbuster in the box office and received tremendous admiration from the audience. Rana received many awards including Filmfare awards and more for his role in it. Subsequently, he was one of the biggest names in Indian cinema.
