Sai Pallavi was born on 9 May 1992 (Age 32 Years; in 2024) in Kothagiri, Tamil Nadu. She started acting at the age of 22. She studied at the Avila Convent Matriculation School, Coimbatore, Tamil. She pursued an MBBS degree at the Tbilisi State Medical University, Tbilisi, Georgia, in 2016.

In 2014, while she was studying MBBS in Tbilisi, director Alphonse Putharen approached her to offer the role of Malar in his Malayalam film Premam. She shot the movie during the holidays, after the completion of shooting, returned to her studies. Premam film is a box office hit. In 2016, She played in role Anjali Sidhharth in Malayalam film kali opposite to Dulquer Salmaan. In 2017, Sai Pallavi made her Telugu debut in Sekhar Kammula’s romantic comedy “Fidaa.” In the same year, she acted in Telugu film Middle-class Abbaiu; both films are box office hit.
