Akhil Akkineni is an Indian actor who mainly works in Telugu Cinema. He is known for playing the role of ‘Sisindri’ as a child artist in the Telugu Film “Sisindri” (1995). He is the son of the famous actor and producer, Akkineni Nagarjuna.

Akhil was born on 8 April 1994 in San Jose, California, U.S. He is Presently 30 Years 9 months 10 days Old.

He studied at the Chaitanya Vidyalaya, Oakridge International School, Hyderabad, India. He graduated in BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration).
Since school day, he developed an interest in acting, after completing studies he decided to be an actor and enrolled course Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York. He made his Flim debut in V. V. Vinayak’s Akhil.

Akhil Akkineni got engaged to fashion designer and granddaughter of business tycoon GVK Reddy, Shriya Bhupal, on 9 December 2016. Both were dating for two years before they got engaged. According to the Source, they both had a huge fight at the Hyderabad airport, and the wedding was called off.

Akhil Career

Akhil started acting at the age of 1 as a child actor in Sisindri (1995). for which he won Filmfare Awards South- Best Child Actor.

Akhil made his adult debut in V. V. Vinayak’s action fantasy film Akhil in 2015.

In 2017, he played the lead in romantic action thriller Hello opposite Kalyani Priyadarshan, and it was turned out Average at the box office. Next, he played a role, Vikky, in Venky Alturi’s “Mr. Majnu.”
